MiWayz offers ride-hailing and food delivery services at the moment, with more services planned in future.
How do I download the app?
We are planning to launch our apps in Q3-Q4 2025. You will be able to download the apps from Apple App Store or Google Play Store afterwards.
Is MiWayz available in my location/country?
MiWayz will be initially available in Colombo, Sri Lanka, with more cities and countries planned for the future.

Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and traffic conditions, including any applicable surcharges.

MiWayz offers a range of vehicles from Tuk-Tuks, Mini Cars, Sedans and Vans
Can I track my ride in real-time?
Yes, you can track your driver’s location and estimated arrival time in the app.

What is the MiWayz Driver App?
The MiWayz Driver App allows drivers to accept ride or delivery requests, manage bookings, and earn money by providing taxi or delivery services.
How do I register as a driver?
Download the MiWayz Driver App, complete the registration process, upload the required documents, and be present on the vehicle inspection and verification appointment date. Your account will be activated after verification.
What documents are required for registration?
Your trip history will be shown in the app, and you can view your current balance in the Wallet section.
How do I log in to the app?
Use the login phone number you set up during registration and verify the OTP to access the app.
How can I check my earnings?

How do I get paid?
You can withdraw any positive balance in the Wallet section once a day to your connected bank account.

By tapping the Accept button within the stipulated time

Can I see the customer’s location before accepting?
Yes, the app shows the pickup location and estimated drop-off distance before you accept a request.
How do I navigate to the customer’s location?
You can switch to Google Maps navigation by tapping the button shown on the screen after accepting a ride.
Are there any deductions from my earnings?
Based on your account type and region, you will be charged a subscription or per trip commission.
When will I receive my payment?
Payment withdrawn will be credited to your account instantly.
